Private Events AT THE ONDERDONK HOUSE

Book our grounds for your private event. All private events must adhere to NYS and NYC guidance.

Please contact us at events.grhs@gmail.com to schedule a tour of our property and to learn more about booking a private event. We only accept check, money order, or cash for payment. We do not accept online payments or credit card.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

• One and three quarter acres of open land

• A tent 40 ft. x50 ft. (tent capacity is 176 at 22 tables)

• Tent seating for 96 at 12 tables (extra chairs and tables may be rented for additional fee)

• A picnic grove with tables and benches seating 60, an ideal break away location

• Three portable toilets on the grounds

• Electricity, water, and trash bags

• GRHS representatives for opening up and closing the property, setting up electricity and water, providing trash bags, and answering questions

• The facilities are available on Saturdays and Sundays:                           

- Six hour rental for parties. The latest an event can end is 7pm.    

Clean up review by GRHS representative to determine the deposit refund amount will be conducted after your event.
